Former NY Governor Eliot Spitzer’s legal problems have gotten much worse since his resignation after the Fed caught him Soliciting a prostitute. Money laundering charges are also in the mix. The former NY Attorney General and “Sheriff Of Wall Street” will meet his comeuppance. The voters in NY underestimated the creepiness of Eliot.

Page Six describes his dilemma:

Prosecutors have records of Spitzer’s transactions, phone records and taped conversations with Emperors Club, and are confident they need little more to nail him on charges that could include violating prostitution laws and money laundering, sources said. Probers are also said to be looking into whether he used campaign funds to pay for his pleasures.

The case against Spitzer includes the cooperation of curvy call girl Ashley “Kristen” Dupre and a second hooker. Her old boss, Mark Brener, 62, will plead guilty Thursday without the sweetheart deal he was hoping for – he’ll have to serve up to 30 months in the slammer on money-laundering and prostitution-conspiracy charges.

Word has it that Eliot Spitzer the disgraced former governor of New York did the dirty with his paramours wearing his black Knee-High socks.

The New York Post is reporting that a GOP operative reported Spitzer secret trysts to investigators.

Four months before a hooker scandal brought down Eliot Spitzer, controversial Republican operative Roger Stone tipped the FBI to the governor’s penchant for prostitutes.

The information Stone provided was very detailed – right down to the calf-length black socks Spitzer allegedly wore while bedding his paid paramours.

Must be that Stone is well known in the swingers circles to acquire this information about the “Love Gov.”

Stone, a former henchman for President Richard Nixon who divides his time between his Central Park West apartment and Miami Beach, said in the letter that he had gathered the information on Spitzer from “a social contact in an adult-themed club.”

Spitzer resigned last Monday, a week after his liaisons with $1,000-an-hour hooker Ashley Dupre were revealed.

Yesterday, Stone refused to comment on the letter, but told The Post: “What kind of guy does it with his socks on?”

Looks like the pendulum ‘swings’ both ways between the Republicans and Democrats.

Stone is no stranger to sex scandals.

The veteran political consultant was dumped as an operative in Bob Dole’s 1996 GOP presidential campaign after Stone and his wife placed a personal ad in a swingers magazine looking for a threesome.

Stone claimed he was the victim of dirty politics, but pictures soon surfaced of him bare-chested and his wife reclining on a bed in a black negligee and thigh-high boots.
