A revelation! Jeb Bush just increased in age.

This from Katharine Jose of The NY Observer:

The McCain campaign just announced that Jeb Bush, older brother of George W. and former Governor of Florida, is endorsing John McCain.

Although his family is hardly at its most popular, the elder Bush brother’s endorsement makes a statement about the Republican establishment rallying around McCain. George W. has been encouraging Republicans to support McCain and called the Senator a “true conservative,” he has stopped short of an endorsement.

Jeb confirmed that he wrote a check to McCain’s campaign over the weekend.

Jeb Bush was born on Feb. 11, 1953 GW Bush’s birthday is on July 6, 1946. Jeb is 55 this month (happy birthday Jeb) Dubya will be 62 this July. She is only wrong by almost 7 years. Sloppy reporting.

On Meet The Press on January 28 McCain was asked if he would support the McCain-Kennedy amnesty bill if he were President. His answer? YES…

A Fellow passenger on the Obfuscation Express and McCain supporter, Lindsey Graham, was quizzed by Sean Hannity about a dubious ad the campaign aired about Mitt Romney’s stand on the war in Iraq. Graham had no honest answer to Hannity’s grilling.

Campaigning in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Friday, the former president brushed aside suggestions his wife would prove to be a divisive nominee for the Democratic Party, pointing out how she has successfully worked with Republicans in the Senate — including one of the current GOP presidential candidates.”She and John McCain are very close,” Clinton said. “They always laugh that if they wound up being the nominees of their party, it would be the most civilized election in American history, and they’re afraid they’d put the voters to sleep because they like and respect each other.”

What happened to the straight talk? John McCain cannot and will not win in the general election if he is nominated as the Republican nominee.

Can Charlie Crist be trusted? As early as last fall Governor Crist was planning to endorse Rudy Giuliani until it appeared that Rudy’s Campaign was losing ground to McCain. Did McCain promise a position as running mate on the Republican Ticket in 2008? Only Charlie and McCain their insiders know for sure.

Charlie Crist is on the agenda for the Orange County Lincoln Day Dinner, just below Giuliani as the guest of honor. But an endorsement is not on the menu.

Crist did not appear at the dinner — he changed his plans several days ago, sources said — but his presence was certainly felt. Giuliani aides were visibly upset Saturday at the news that the popular Florida governor would be backing McCain.

Giuliani campaign sources said Crist pledged his endorsement to Giuliani in the early fall, when McCain’s campaign appeared dead and Giuliani was leading the state by double digits. But at the time, McCain supporters leaned on Crist to hold back and wait until after the New Hampshire primary. McCain had campaigned for Crist when he was seeking the Republican nomination for governor, and had hoped Crist would return the favor.

My guess is that Crist is nothing more than a political Whore.

He’s in good company with McCain.

Michelle has no admiration for Charlie either.
