Hillary! A pathological liar?
Lied Is A Better Description. Hillary is now claiming she misspoke about her adventure in Tuzla in 1996. When you write about it in your book and repeat it in your speeches it is more than a lie. It is bordering on some sort mental schism.
Does Hillary have the mental capacity to be President? It leads me to believe she isn’t bound too tightly, a loose unit, all the lights are on up there, but no one is running around…
The NY Times calls it an error. I call it a lie.
Mrs. Clinton admitted that she “misspoke” about the episode — a concession that came after CBS News showed footage of her walking calmly across the tarmac with her daughter, Chelsea, and being greeted by dignitaries and a child.
The backpedaling was a rare instance of Mrs. Clinton’s acknowledging an error, and she did so on a sensitive issue: She has cited her “strength and experience” since the start of the presidential race, framing her 80 trips abroad as first lady as preparation for dealing with foreign affairs as president. That argument was behind her campaign’s “red phone” commercial, which cast her as best able to handle a crisis.
Mrs. Clinton corrected herself at a meeting with the Philadelphia Daily News editorial board; she did not explain why she had misspoken, but only admitted it and then offered a less dramatic description.
Mrs. Clinton said she had been told “that we had to land a certain way and move quickly because of the threat of sniper fire,” not that actual shots were being fired.
“So I misspoke,” she said.

Mrs. Clinton had described the sniper fire in similar terms at least twice in recent weeks. She mentioned it on Feb. 29 in Waco, Tex., when she was rolling out her “red phone” commercial, recalling the trip to Bosnia and saying that the welcoming ceremony “had to be moved inside because of sniper fire.”
The MSM couldn’t avoid this story or put it in a redeeming light for Hillary.

Snipers were right-wing conpirators; we all know that. Seriously, there is something wrong mentally with this woman. Do not let her near sharp objects let aone the nuclear button.
I think you have to look at what Mrs. Clinton really meant. When she said ‘sniper’ she meant ‘a little girl holding flowers’ which is the correct European definition of the word. And in the vernacular of the Bosnian community, ‘ducking to avoid sniper fire’ really means ‘walking upright while accepting the greetings of a ‘sniper’or, a ‘little girl holding flowers’. So you see, it’s not that Mrs. Clinton misspoke really, it’s just that Americans are uneducated about how Bosnians talk. So stop slamming her, you pack of Judases!
Hillary should play the mother angle on this. It’s obvious now why she doesn’t want Chelsea to talk to reporters. Chelsea would have to keep track of what versions of what stories her mother told so she could tell the same lies. It’s actually very considerate of Hillary to not make her child have to support her “mis-speakings.”
This is not the first instance of this couple lying…This is not going to be big news item since the Clintons telling the truth makes news, not when they lie.
She has already now claimed three things that have proved to be outright lies as she tries to pass the “Commander-In-Chief” test. First, was NAFTA, clearly there is documented evidence that she not only was enthusiastic but also supported it, Second was Irish peace process. There is documented evidence with witnesses who have come forward to say that she lied. Now, there is Bosnia. I am no Obama fan, but to me three strikes and you are out. My sincere hope is that she continues on this path and keeps destroying her husband’s legacy (whatever is left of it!!), her chances now and in the future and along with it the Democratic party!!.. Go Girl!!
I’m just overjoyed that the media is no longer backing the Clinton’s lies!

I would like too know what the super Delicates are waiting for ? It seems clear that the people want Obama. In the mean time McCain is out there running a mock with his campaign for president. While Clinton is slinging mud at Obama and Obama is calmly and intellectually brushing it off.

What’s precious about this is that when Sen. Clinton said she “misspoke” she used this explanation: “Occasionally, I am a human being like everybody else.” Which raises the question what she is – or thinks she is – most of the time.
Meanwhile James Carville calls Gov. Richardson “Judas” for backing Sen. Obama. So what does Carville think Clinton is? (A less loaded analogy would have been “Brutus” but Carville didn’t back down from the Judas one.)
