Helen Thomas is an embarrassment to the White House press corps. Of course most of the White House Press Corps is an embarrassment. What is amazing isThomas’ position in a front row seat. She should be banned from these televised press conferences.

good for helen. we need more helen thomases.
Helen has worn out her welcome. She can take David Gregory with her. The last time I really watched a press conferance was when Tony Snow was there. Helen asked a totally dumb question and then sat there with pen in hand over her notebook, with wig on crooked and after her cat had applied her lipstick, waiting. I don’t know how Tony kept a straight face. I would be down behind the podium rolling on the floor.
She doesn’t work for anyone anymore. So why does she need to be there? She can always be a Walmart greeter.
